Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives
Provide employee relations guidance and conflict resolution, including disciplinary actions
Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
