Requirements Eligible to obtain a Texas state medical license.Completion of an Anesthesiology Residency.Completion of a Pain Medicine Fellowship.Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesia and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Pain Medicine (ABPM).
