A company is looking for a Career Coach to support graduates in finding jobs within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide group and one-on-one career coaching to students navigating their job search
Assist students in constructing and refining resumes and cover letters tailored for healthcare employers
Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to improve interview performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Career Counseling, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a career coach, counselor, or similar role; healthcare industry experience is a plus
Familiarity with career development theories and coaching techniques
Proficiency in online teaching tools and technology (Zoom, Calendly, Google Suite)
Strong understanding of job market trends, especially in the healthcare sector, is a plus
