Our client, an innovative leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Programmable Operator to join their team. As a Programmable Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Programmable Operator

Location : Clare, MI

Pay Range :  $19.50 an hour

Shift : 2nd - 4 pm to 12 am

3rd - 12 am 8 am

(overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time. Overtime can be heavy including Saturdays)

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.
• Two years of experience and / or educational courses related to machinery.
• Knowledge of welding and CNC programming. REQUIRED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong mathematical skills including basic geometry and problem-solving abilities.
