[job_card.job_description]Hospital-employed position at Samaritan Medical Center Join a well-established group of five Board-Certified Pulmonary / Critical Care physicians Exclusive subspecialty-focused practice - no competition Office located just 5 minutes from the hospital Rotational schedule : 1 : 4 weekly call, hospital rounding, and management of a 10-bed ICU Catchment population : 250,000, including service to Fort Drum (10th Mountain Division) Cutting-edge diagnostic and interventional technology , including : Monarch Platform with QUEST AI Technology AI-powered software upgrade that enhances navigation and imaging Improves physician accuracy when reaching and biopsying small, hard-to-reach lung nodules Expands capabilities for minimally invasive lung cancer diagnosis Video / Navigational Ultrasound Bronchoscopy with Cytopathology Certified Sleep Lab (Sleep Medicine certification a plus, not required) Cardiopulmonary Stress Lab Lung Cancer Screening Program Teaching opportunities with ACGME / AOA residency programs in Family Medicine & Internal Medicine Highly collaborative, collegial environment with Thoracic Surgery and multidisciplinary teams Fully equipped pulmonary office with PFTs, plethysmography, and ABGs Board Certified / Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care (actively engaged in certification process) Sleep Medicine certification preferred but not required Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach Team-oriented, motivated, and committed to excellence in care delivery 290-bed independent community hospital - financially stable and not affiliated with a larger system 190+ physicians across 42 specialties Walker Center for Cancer Care - a state-of-the-art oncology center affiliated with Roswell Park Care Network Expanded obstetrical and pediatric services with a new hospital wing (2019) Womens Wellness & Breast Care Center (2019) Scenic Northern New York with easy access to Lake Ontario, the Adirondacks, and the Thousand Islands Affordable living , safe neighborhoods, excellent schools, and minimal traffic True outdoor paradise : hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, skiing, and snowboarding Just 30 minutes from the Canadian border Watertown International Airport (ART) - 15 minutes from downtown with direct connections Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) - major airport just 1 hour away

- Annual Salary : $420,000 + WRVU Incentive Program
- Signing Bonus : $75,000
- Education Loan Repayment : $20,000 per year
