The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team and play a key role in architecting and evolving our cloud infrastructure. This is a senior technical position where you'll design scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and drive strategic initiatives that support our growing platform.

You'll work directly with the Director of DevOps and Security alongside our talented DevOps engineering team to shape our infrastructure strategy. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving complex technical challenges, can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and thrives in a collaborative environment where infrastructure, security, and compliance intersect.

This can be a hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah (M, W, F in-office) or fully remote based from Utah.

What You'll Do

Architecture & Infrastructure Strategy

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions that scale with our business, making key technical decisions about our AWS / EKS environment
• Own critical components of our Kubernetes infrastructure, including cluster design, networking, and observability
• Lead architectural reviews and provide technical direction for infrastructure initiatives
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies that improve reliability, security, and developer experience
• Partner with Engineering leadership to align infrastructure roadmap with business objectives
