CDL Class A Driver - Touch Freight | TEAMS DRIVING | $45 / hr | Full Benefits in 30 Days

Home base Hayward, CA

Schedule : Rotating overnight teams' routes | One-week West Coast and one week Everett, WA (plus normal local Hayward routes as required)

Are you a skilled Class A CDL Driver with hands-on delivery experience? Join our team and put your touch freight expertise to work! This is not a drop-and-go role-we're looking for drivers who are comfortable with physical delivery responsibilities, including loading, unloading, and handling live animal cargo and research-related products. This is a team driving and over the road position transporting loads across the West Coast; based out of Hayward, CA.

Preferred Skills :

• Electronic log (ELD) experience
• DOT knowledge
• Communicate professionally with leadership and warehouse teams
• Comfortable transporting animals and products
• Electric pallet jack operation
• Inclement weather driving
• Ability to organize and complete paperwork regularly
• Familiarity with using smart phone and Outlook for regular communication
• Reefer operation and troubleshooting
