Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee technical projects related to IT process improvements and datacenter operations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making and process enhancements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing technical projects in IT or data center environments
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and experience with ticketing systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Experience with IT service management processes and change management frameworks
