Property and Casualty Sales Agent

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines National Sales Agent - Direct Distribution.

Key Responsibilities :

Consults with and educates clients about commercial lines insurance coverage needs through incoming calls / emails

Researches and prospects potential commercial insurance customers, overcoming objections to close sales

Writes quality risk policies based on underwriting requirements and provides ongoing customer service and sales support

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred

State licensing as required for property / casualty products

Three or more years of related work experience in sales and insurance

Advanced knowledge of property / casualty commercial insurance products and sales techniques

Proficiency in using insurance processing systems and personal computer software
