Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Develop, refine and master sales and communication skills
  • Successfully engage with clients and provide necessary support for success
  • Promote like-minded success through friendly competition and growth mindset training
  • Be coachable
  • Promote positivity and creative thinking in order to help your team's sales and customer service processes
  • Learn how to effectively use sales technologies such as CRM’s
  • Learn how to generate leads and build a pipeline through cold contacting and door to door contacting.
  • Demonstrate learned sales skills and abilities
