Sales Representative
Reports To : Sales Manager / Director of Sales
Location : Fresno, CA

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through a combination of inside and outside sales activities. While you will handle some inside sales tasks (calls, emails, CRM updates), the role is primarily focused on outside sales—meeting clients face-to-face, building relationships, and closing deals in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Outside Sales (Primary Focus)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Travel within assigned territory to conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and territory management.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and expand market presence.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and close sales agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Inside Sales (Support Activities)
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on warm leads to schedule appointments for outside visits.Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or CRM system.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, with emphasis on outside / field sales preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport quickly.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.Skills & Competencies
