Key Responsibilities

As our Service Advisor, you'll be the "face" of our service department , ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for every customer. Your duties will include :

• Customer Communication : Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their concerns, and translate technical issues into understandable terms.
• Work Order Management : Inspect vehicles, prepare detailed and accurate repair orders, and obtain customer authorization for all services.
• Estimates and Sales : Provide precise cost and time estimates for repairs and maintenance, and recommend necessary additional services (e.g., scheduled maintenance, diagnostics) based on vehicle inspections.
• Workflow Coordination : Act as the liaison between the customer, the parts department, and our ASE-Certified technicians to manage the shop's workflow and ensure timely service completion.
• Customer Satisfaction : Proactively keep customers informed of their vehicle's status, address any concerns, and ensure a positive outcome from vehicle drop-off to final pick-up and payment processing.
