Senior Software Engineer

Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our small passionate and fast-moving team. Youll help us evolve our core platform tackle complex performance challenges and experiment with new technologies including AI to make our product and our team better every day.

Location : This role can be based anywhere in the US. We are based on US Eastern Time and we welcome candidates who can collaborate during those hours.

What youll do :

Build and ship features across our entire stack from backend services to customer-facing interfaces.

Improve system performance scalability and reliability.

Experiment with AI tools to boost developer and user experience.

Collaborate closely with teammates across engineering product and design.

Take ownership of projects from idea to production.

Mentor other developers and share knowledge to help the team grow.

What were looking for :

5 years building web applications (Ruby on Rails preferred).

Proven ability to ship high-quality work with minimal oversight.

Strong ownership and drive; you make things happen.

Passion for solving problems and continuously improving.

Comfortable working independently in a distributed team.

Bonus points for experience with :

Building APIs (REST or GraphQL)

Frontend frameworks like React or

Docker Kubernetes or other containerization tools

AWS services and APIs

AI tooling

Salary Transparency :
