Registered Nurse Job Details

Location : Billings, MT (West End of Yellowstone County)

Assignment Type : Travel nursing job

Contract Length : 13-week contract

Start Date : December 8, 2025

End Date : March 8, 2026

Schedule : Day shifts – choose 5x8 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts per week

Hours : 40 hours per week guaranteed

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1900 - $1950

Call Requirement : No on-call required

Productivity : 30 productivity points per week

EMR : HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Montana or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice or Home Health RN experience

Proficient in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently in a home health care setting

Homecare RN Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Yellowstone County

Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed

Document patient care using HCHB and OASIS systems

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency standards
