What you'll do

We are seeking a talented and experienced technical leader to join the innovative VGOV Engineering organization as the lead of the Integrated Circuit engineering team. This team includes RFIC Engineers, MMIC Engineers, Packaging Engineering, IC Probe, and IC Layout professionals.

You will be responsible for :

• People Management : Overseeing Performance, Development & Reward (PD&R) and

fostering engagement

Acting as an IC technical lead on projects and taking on IC design tasks when necessary

to meet business needs

Salary range

$199,000.00 - $314,000.00 / annually.

For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $247,000.00- $370,000.00 / annually
