Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process
Conduct live training sessions and assist with data imports and migrations
Monitor onboarding milestones and ensure all system configurations are implemented prior to launch
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an onboarding role
2+ years of experience with SaaS platforms
Experience with data imports and troubleshooting technical issues
Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Team-oriented with a willingness to support others
