COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• Guaranteed $290,000 Salary in a State with No Income Tax!

• Sign-on Bonus is available

• Medical benefits for doctor is covered; family can be added for Medical Insurance; Prescriptions filled at the hospital pharmacy if seen in our clinics

• PTO: 20 days with 7 Paid Holidays

• CME: 5 days for $3,000

• Hospital-Employed position outpatient clinic only; bread and butter cases

• Monday to Friday 8-5 pm

• No weekends, No on-call

• Student Loan Repayment: Through the NHSC Program; Baker County, Florida has a HPSA score of 17 for an under-served area

• Will consider late career physician

• Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted

• Not able to consider Visa Candidates at this time

• No State Income Tax
