Maintenance Tech

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech (2 openings)

Location: Merrimack, NH

Pay Range:
Level 1- $22-$30
Level 2- $30-$35
Level 3- $33-$38
PLUS 2nd shift additional $2.50 and 3rd shift additional $3.50

Shift: 2nd- 3pm to 11pm or 3rd- 11pm to 7:30am (2 openings)

What's the Job?

• Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on manufacturing equipment to meet production deadlines
• Generate and maintain preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering with troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes
• Organize and maintain work areas and spare parts inventory for efficiency
• Support qualification and validation of test and production equipment as needed

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written (English)
• Basic computer skills including MS Office applications (Word/Excel)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
