Job Title: Graphic Designer (T-Shirt and Logo Specialist)

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a specialization in T-shirt and Logo design for our print shop. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our clients' needs and brand identities.

Responsibilities:

1. **T-Shirt Design:** Develop original and innovative T-shirt designs that cater to various themes, trends, and client specifications.
2. **Logo Design:** Create impactful and memorable logos that encapsulate the essence and identity of diverse businesses and organizations.
3. **Client Collaboration:** Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, offer creative insights, and translate their ideas into compelling visuals.
4. **Print Production Consideration:** Ensure designs are print-ready and optimized for various printing techniques, considering factors like color separation and print placement.
5. **Conceptualization and Ideation:** Generate new design concepts, sketches, and mock-ups that align with client briefs and industry standards.
6. **Software Proficiency:** Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) proficiently to create high-quality designs.
7. **Brand Consistency:** Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure designs reflect the brand identity accurately.
8. **Quality Control:** Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications before final delivery.

Requirements:

1. **Experience:** Proven experience 1-3 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing T-shirt designs, logos, and print-related work.
2. **Creativity:** Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate original and innovative design concepts.
3. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., with a deep understanding of print production requirements.
4. **Communication:** Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, presenting and explaining design concepts.
5. **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in designs for print production.
6. **Adaptability:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
7. **Portfolio:** A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of T-shirt designs, logos, and print-related projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. **Experience in Print Industry:** Previous experience working within a print shop or print-related environment is highly desirable.
2. **Understanding of Textile Printing:** Knowledge of different textile printing techniques (screen printing, DTG, etc.) and their design requirements.
3. **Typography and Illustration Skills:** Strong skills in typography, illustration, and layout design.
