Are you an experienced Hospital Epic Developer looking to make a fresh start in the New Year? This is a 100% onsite role in Tennessee (not remote), offering the opportunity to join a respected regional medical center located centrally between the Nashville and Knoxville metro areas. The Epic Developer will have prior Epic experience and data abstraction experience in the hospital or healthcare environment. Experience working with Epic reporting tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer, and strong SQUL skills for reporting, performance optimization, and data validation. This is an exciting opportunity to support a hospital as they transition to the Epic EMR system in 2027 with additional training and certification support provided.

The Epic Developer is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and support of reports, dashboards, and data extracts within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) environment. This role focuses on translating clinical and operational needs into accurate, actionable analytics through strong SQL development and optimization.
