We are a premier construction company that has been operating in the Sioux Falls area for over 50 years. We build custom homes and remodel in the Sioux Falls area. We work with a variety of subcontractors and a small core team. We pride ourselves in truly valuing quality above all else, and building / remodeling some truly amazing homes.

Here at Weber Construction every job is different so you will never feel like you are doing the same thing day in and day out. Each job will present new challenges that you will be able to solve, either on your own or with other employees. You will get to know and work directly with Brad Weber, the owner of the company and you will advance your knowledge of construction every day. You will join a tight knit team of employees that work together every day. You will feel a sense of accomplishment as you will get to physically see your progress every day. And, you will never have to worry about finding another job over the winter as we do not lay off employees during the winter months.

Benefits Available! $18 to $28 per hour depending on experience.

Looking for someone with construction experience.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License, evidence of insurability, and a working vehicle required
  • Knowledge and use of all safety devices and general safe work practices
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational / planning skills, proactive, has a sense of urgency
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • A proactive rather than reactive approach to resolving construction issues
  • Self-starter with ability to set own goals and tasks
  • Diplomacy in working with other people
