Senior Auditor, Delegation Oversight

A company is looking for a Senior Auditor, Delegation Oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Leads and performs pre-delegation and annual audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

Conducts detailed audits on delegates' policies and procedures, ensuring quality and cost-effective service provision

Develops and issues corrective action plans based on audit findings and collaborates with delegates to mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of managed care experience, including 2 years of delegation oversight auditing experience

Ability to work independently or in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical abilities and critical-thinking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel

Relevant healthcare certification or licensure preferred
