The Sr. Systems Engineer in the Developer Experience group will be responsible for engineering and supporting various technologies and tools to provide the best developer experience for Visa's development community. Key responsibilities include :

• Engineer vendor products to Visa's environment by installing, upgrading, patching, and maintaining developer tools.
• Interface with internal departments such as Cybersecurity and Governance groups to ensure controls are established, maintained, and complied for all developer tools.
• Interact with vendors and provide necessary feedback to tailor vendor products to meet Visa's needs.
• Develop standards and enforce governance across CICD practices.
• Create and maintain templates and catalogs of pipelines and manage inner sourcing processes.
• Perform regular housekeeping on tools to provide high standards of application stability and reliability.
• Support ongoing developer tools projects and provide technical input as needed.
• Support complex technical issues in an interop production environment.
• Participate in L3 on-call support rotation.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $104,600 to $147,900 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
