As a Team Engineer , you’ll play a key role in delivering forward-thinking IT solutions, maintaining the integrity of our clients’ systems, and driving complex projects that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert-level IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments including Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.
- Design, implement, and support modern infrastructure solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
- Architect and deploy tailored system solutions that align with each client’s unique business needs.
- Build and support robust disaster recovery solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including WAN/LAN connectivity, firewalls, routers, and security protocols.
- Implement and support secure remote access solutions such as VPNs and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Deliver consultative services including system assessments, documentation, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients—ensuring they’re informed, confident, and supported at every step.
Beyond the Basics:
- Act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business to align IT with their goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve by reviewing new technologies and trends regularly.
- Use ConnectWise to document work, manage time, and track project progress.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years in an MSP environment strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or SonicWall CSSA.
- Experience with MSP tools like ConnectWise and Kaseya.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can explain tech clearly and patiently.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
