Lotus Behavioral Health Inc in Baltimore, MD is looking for one program coordinator to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 1800 N. Charles St Suite 808. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and approve program expenditures
  • Prepare financial statements and maintain records pertaining to program activities
  • Purchase or approve the purchase of equipment and supplies needed by the staff and program
  • Supervise the program's staff
  • Schedule program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the program and set priorities for managing the program.

Qualifications :   In order to adequately fulfill this position anindividual must have :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care or a related field; or possess equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, motivated, and efficient; ability to manage multiple work assignments and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
