Key Responsibilities
Triage, answer, and solve incoming customer requests
Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate problems with internal stakeholders
Enhance and improve customer support quality and structures
Required Qualifications
Native level English proficiency; German is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in customer support roles in software companies
Strong drive to learn and grow in solving customer problems
Technical knowledge of marketing tools and social media
Advantageous to have a technical background or experience in tech support
