As a Software Engineer on our EdTech team, you will design, build, and maintain the large‑scale systems that power our global mock‑trading and quantitative learning platforms. You’ll influence core architectural decisions, develop robust integrations, and create tools that elevate the training experience for traders and quantitative researchers around the world.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable services, systems, and applications supporting global educational and mock‑trading platforms.
Partner with trading, quantitative research, and AI/ML teams to build integrations with live and simulated trading systems and develop targeted training experiences.
Architect efficient data structures and algorithms for performance‑critical workloads.
Contribute to system design reviews and long‑term technical strategy.
Support, optimize, and evolve our global infrastructure and runtime environments.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong programming and system design skills in an object‑oriented language (., C#, Java, or similar).
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture principles.
Experience operating and supporting large‑scale, distributed systems.
Proficiency with Python is preferred.
