Join our Asset Management Design & Construction (AMDC) team at NYCEDC, where we spearhead capital improvements and develop revenue-generating assets across New York City's five boroughs. Our diverse portfolio encompasses industrial and commercial facilities, waterfront assets, cruise terminals, and public markets. As part of a dynamic group of professional architects, engineers, and planners, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the city's infrastructure and enhancing its economic vitality.

Position Overview : The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will lead the complete project lifecycle for multiple real estate assets, focusing on strategic capital planning, innovative design, and efficient construction execution. Your portfolio will include new construction, extensive renovations, and the redevelopment of historic buildings with a focus on projects in assets within the Sunset Park portfolio. A demonstrated background in design and construction management with at least 3 years of relevant experience is essential for success in this pivotal role. Relevant areas of expertise include, but are not limited to : construction administration, design management, FF&E design and procurement, space programming, tenant experience, budget management, and strong administrative acumen.

Salary Range : $84,000 - $86,000 USD
