Junior Production Designer . This role is responsible for assisting the Creative Services team with a range of design projects, such as product photography, photo postproduction, digital content, and other design related projects as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage product photoshoots from setup to post-production, ensuring high-quality imagery aligned with customer standards

Organize, maintain, and catalog product images in the digital asset management system for easy access and reuse

Prepare and retouch images according to post-production guidelines for web, print, and marketing use

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with customer expectations / guidelines

Create and maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines

Optimize graphic files for performance across platforms, including responsive design considerations

Stay current with design, photography, and consumer trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation to creative work

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting or exceeding deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail

Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative mindset

Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills

Accurately manage projects to conclusion on time

Computer Skills

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficient with Mac and familiar with PC

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field required

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product photography and design

Strong photography background

Basic knowledge in print production and print methods strongly preferred

Copy writing, storyboarding, 3D animation, video production, PowerPoint, Sell Sheet layout, and knowledge of trading cards are a plus

Must Be Able To

Demonstrate creative ability in photography, layout, color composition, and typography

Translate market and design trends into engaging photography

Work independently with limited direct supervision

Perform multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Must be motivated, dependable, organized, detail oriented and able to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
