We're looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst with a background in web application development and requirements lifecycle management to support critical government technology initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Elicit, document, and manage software requirements, dependencies, and constraints across the full development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the technical team and customer stakeholders to ensure fidelity of engineering tasks to the business needs of the program.
  • Produce supporting documentation to advance successful design, development, and implementation of data structures, workflows, and integrations, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Oversee full development cycle, including sprint planning, reviews, and testing.
  • Ensure software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and consistent with enterprise standards.
  • Handle client deliveries and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-7 years of experience in requirements analysis, sprint planning, testing, and delivering technical solutions.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile development and the Scrum framework.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with proven ability to think deeply with attention to detail about technical requirements.
  • Active TS / SCI Security Clearance with polygraph.

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience with the federal government funding cycle (Planning, Programming, and Budgeting).
