THE ROLE :

NorthStar is excited to announce the expansion of our footprint in Florida, and partnership with Tampa General Hospital System - Brooksville, Spring Hill, FESC Brooksville (Florida Endoscopy & Surgery Center)! Looking for skilled CRNAs to join our group of anesthesia providers. Whether you are a new graduate or a seasoned CRNA looking to make a career change, this could be the team for you! Our practice offers a variety of shifts, a diverse case mix, and a collaborative care team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an amazing organization!

THE FACILITIES : CRNAs will work between the 3 facilities : Tampa General Hospital System : Brooksville, Spring Hill, and FESC Brooksville (Florida Endoscopy & Surgery Center)

CASES INCLUDE :

Brooksville Case Mix : General, Endo, Urology, Podiatry, Plastics, Total Joint, Ortho, Neuro, GYN, Vascular, Thoracic, ENT

Spring Hill Case Mix : General, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, Ortho, Plastics, Radiology, Urology, Labor Epidurals, C-Sections

FESC Case Mix : General, Endo, GYN, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Pain, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology

COMPENSATION :

Compensation : 244,000 Base + 8,000 Quality Bonus + 8,000 Call Pay = 260,000 Annually

Sign-On Bonus : 75,000 for a 3-year commitment
