Junior Account Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for supporting our sales department by managing client accounts and assisting with the execution of various sales strategies. As a Junior Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients while gaining valuable insights into the sales process and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide product information.
  • Support senior account representatives in the execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor account activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and client proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
