In this leadership role, you will:

• Oversee tax compliance and consulting for businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and estates.

• Lead & Mentor a skilled team, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.

• Review & Approve complex tax returns while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Advise Strategically, identifying tax-saving opportunities and delivering forward-thinking solutions.

• Strengthen Client Relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in their financial success.

• Stay Ahead of tax law changes and contribute to firm-wide best practices.

• CPA license required; Master’s in Taxation a plus.

• 8+ years of public accounting experience with a strong tax background.

• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams.

• Deep technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.

• Strong client service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
