A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Software to provide hardware and software support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert on the company's IoT product portfolio and provide technical troubleshooting for customer issues
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and maintain documentation for knowledge base articles
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to reproduce bugs and provide feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
B.S. or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Business, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in support, engineering, or other technical roles
Strong familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
Technical knowledge of SaaS systems and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
