Shipping / Receiving

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 (based on experience)

Position Description:

• Receive inbound shipments by unloading trucks and verifying incoming products against purchase orders.

• Inspect products for damage and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Accurately label and sort products for inventory storage or immediate distribution.

• Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, and palletizing orders according to shipping schedules.

• Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas in receiving and shipping docks.

• Work closely with inventory control to ensure accurate stock counts and proper inventory rotation.

• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Must be bilingual.

• Must have experience with NetSuite (Oracle is a bonus).

• Proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role.

• Ability to lift items and containers.

• Flexibility to work different hours throughout the week as needed.

• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred.
