Saverne, a wood-fired modern brasserie from Gabriel Kreuther, the celebrated chef behind the two-Michelin-starred landmark in Bryant Park—will open its doors this winter on the ground floor of The Spiral in Hudson Yards. Rooted in the heritage of the historic town of Saverne in the Bas-Rhin region of Alsace, the restaurant brings to life a world where tradition, craftsmanship, and the poetry of live-fire cooking meet.
