Parks and Recreation Level II Clearance Application

Description

This application is exclusively for Independent Contractors Class Instructors and Volunteers who have already been chosen to take part in a Parks and Recreation event or program.

Applicants are mandated to complete a Level II Background Screening as per the requirements of the State of Florida. This screening involves a photograph session and LiveScan fingerprinting for a comprehensive nationwide criminal records check.

To initiate this process applicants are required to submit a completed Privacy Policy Acknowledgement Form along with their online application.

Applicants are responsible for scheduling their own appointment which can be done through the following steps below :

• Select Partner Booking (Group Fingerprint Applicants)
• Choose City of Plantation Applicants
• Select the date and time you which to make your appointment
• Enter applicant information.
• Confirm the booking.
