IT Systems and Support Administrator

We areseekinga skilled and motivated ITSystems and Support Administratorto join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate willbe responsible formanaging, maintaining, and supporting our companys IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees,performing break-fix and root cause analysis,and supporting the IT Manager.This role requiresa proactiveindividual who can solve problems efficiently and work collaboratively in afast-paced environmentwith a variety of systems.

KeyResponsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Triageand resolvehelp.deskticketsin a timelymanner
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and softwareissues

System Management:

• Manage,deployandmaintainthe companys cloud infrastructure andapps
• Supportsystems and performtroubleshooting
• Rootcause Analysis
• Schedule and perform regular system maintenance, including updates and patches.
• Recommend Policyupdates
• Be available for occasional after-hours maintenancewindows

Virtual DesktopAdministration:

• Maintaingoldimages
• Managenumerousenterpriseapplications

Vendors:

• Workwith vendors to implement newsystems
• Workwith vendors to escalate and resolveproblems

Documentation:

• Create andmaintainaccurateand up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.

EmployeeOn-boarding

• Perform employee on-boarding tasks, accountssetup,configurationand roledesignation
• Manage and lead IT Onboarding training fornew-hires

Hardware:

• Hardware Lifecycle Management: Windows laptops, iPads, iPhones, USB Docks and Monitors, Conference Rooms
• Custom Image Management
• Shipping and Receiving

Cyber Security

• Respondtocyberevents
• Implement incident responseplan
• Isolate and remediateevents

Remote Offices

• Periodictravel to remote locations
• On-siteinstallation/troubleshooting/repair

RequiredQualifications:

• Associatesdegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ora relatedfield, or equivalent experience(minimum of34years).
• Proficientwith systems includingWindows, Windows Server,Active Directory, Azure,Microsoft 365 Administration,VEEAM
• Excellentproblem-solving skillsandattention to detail.
• Strong communicationandinterpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems,escalationand resolution
• Possesses strong projectmanagement skills: scheduling meetings, developing agendas, actionitems
• Demonstrates a growthmentalityin an ever-evolving technologyenvironment

DesiredQualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.
• Proficient insystem administration concepts
• Knowledge of network and server management, Active Directory Domains, SSL Certificates, DHCP, DNS,cloud computing
• Scripting Experience including Windows Command prompt andPowershell
