Client Services Support performs job tasks that help assist the Client Services Department. Diversified is looking for an efficient and motivated employee who is eager to provide crucial support in various areas of business.

The list of job duties below is a guide and not all inclusive of duties and responsibilities:

• Manage online documents and disputes
• Respond to online Receipt and I/S requests
• Sort, open, and distribute mail
• Process metered mail and certified letters
• Handle paper disputes and bankruptcy mail
• Send and receive faxes, ensuring they are received by the proper recipient
• Sort invoices and request cover letters
• Enter new business
• Skiptrace BK Desk and Mail Returns
• CBR Deletes
• Change Post Office Address Updates
• NY Letters
• Send New Business Confirmations/Scans

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years Client Service experience preferred
• Required: High School diploma or equivalent

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
