GENERAL MANAGER
Plasman is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a General Manager. This pivotal role requires a leader who can drive strategic initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the organization.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Direct operational and financial activities to optimize resource allocation and drive efficiency.
- Ensure personal and associate awareness of all quality and business-related operating systems (ISO / IATF).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience We're Looking For
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within an automotive manufacturing environment.
