A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Oracle).
Key Responsibilities
Provide post-launch technical support, including troubleshooting and user training
Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate with the development team for complex issue resolution
Create operational documentation and optimize support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above with 2+ years of technical support or operations experience
Familiarity with Java applications and databases
Proficient in Linux commands and capable of independent log analysis and performance monitoring
Knowledge of basic operations and experience with cloud services (AWS / Azure) is a plus
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
