A company is looking for a Claims Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Create and administer quality assurance reviews of claim files
Analyze claims handling and provide feedback on estimates
Identify training needs and collaborate with Claims Trainers for targeted training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 7 years of property insurance claims experience
Florida 6-20 / 7-20 Adjuster License
Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses in all states within 60 days of hire
