Job Title : Java Full Stack Backend Developer

Job Location : San Leandro CA (3 days / week onsite)

Job Duration : Long Term

NOTE : Customer round will be in-person.

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in Java Spring MVC and HTML technologies. They will play a critical role in leading a team of developers designing and implementing software solutions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in the design and development of java based applications using spring mvc framework.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements create technical designs and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform code reviews identify technical risks and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

  • Proficient in java programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • Handson experience in developing web applications using spring mvc framework.
  • Solid knowledge of html css and javascript for frontend development.
  • Experience with relational databases and orm frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
