Your Role

We are in search of a dynamic and driven Civil Litigation Associate with a minimum of two (2) years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior associates and partners, engaging in all aspects of litigation from case evaluation and discovery to trial presentation. We want candidates who are eager to learn, self-motivated and aspire to achieve long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive written discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories, document requests, and requests for admissions.
• Participate in hearings, craft motions, and take or defend depositions, while assessing and executing litigation strategies.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Deliver timely and precise reporting to clients, ensuring adherence to their case management protocols.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the CA State Bar.
• Minimum of two (2) years of civil/general litigation experience.
• Self-starter with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Outstanding communication and advocacy skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in case handling, including research, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
