A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to enhance systems and processes within the Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and refinement of core Customer Success processes
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for customer health and performance insights
Assist in identifying at-risk customers and improving workflows related to renewals
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in Customer Success, CS Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools
Experience with Salesforce and customer-facing tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
