Essential Functions :

Perform grounds maintenance tasks in parking lots, around buildings, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness standards.

Collaborate with fellow associates to oversee all aspects of landscaping and exterior upkeep.

Follow strict safety, security, and integrity protocols while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Position Requirements :

At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping

DOT Physical required

Experience operating heavy equipment is necessary

High school diploma or equivalent
