We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Technical Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team in the Tech Services industry. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an innovative team, where your work will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a knack for solving complex problems, and a proven track record in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a hunter's mentality towards new business development.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory through effective prospecting and cold calling.
  • Drive the entire sales process : prioritize and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, conduct in-depth needs assessments, deliver powerful presentations, negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or Tech Services industry.
  • Proven track record in new business development, contract negotiation, and territory management.
  • Exceptional cold calling skills with the ability to convert prospects into active clients.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and relentless drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and navigate through complex business environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
