We are looking for a skilled Welder to support our farm and operational equipment by fabricating, modifying, and repairing critical components that keep our operations moving.

What You'll Do
- Fabricate, modify, and repair tractor implements and operational equipment
- Weld and repair metal components using proper techniques and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and measurements for accurate builds
- Troubleshoot welding and fabrication issues to meet production timelines
- Diagnose mechanical defects in machinery and equipment
- Assemble equipment and fabricated components
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair work
- Follow and model company safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with team members to complete shop and field projects
What You Bring
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hands-on welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to weld aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other metals
- Strong knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
- Mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to learn and expand skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Work Environment & Schedule
- Ability to work extended hours when needed
- Availability for day or night shifts
- Work performed indoors and outdoors
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
- Travel between Duncan Family Farms locations as required
