We are looking for a skilled Welder to support our farm and operational equipment by fabricating, modifying, and repairing critical components that keep our operations moving.

What You'll Do

1. Fabricate, modify, and repair tractor implements and operational equipment
2. Weld and repair metal components using proper techniques and safety standards
3. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and measurements for accurate builds
4. Troubleshoot welding and fabrication issues to meet production timelines
5. Diagnose mechanical defects in machinery and equipment
6. Assemble equipment and fabricated components
7. Perform preventative maintenance and repair work
8. Follow and model company safety policies and procedures
9. Work closely with team members to complete shop and field projects

What You Bring

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Hands-on welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to weld aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other metals
• Strong knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Willingness to learn and expand skills
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

Work Environment & Schedule

• Ability to work extended hours when needed
• Availability for day or night shifts
• Work performed indoors and outdoors
• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Travel between Duncan Family Farms locations as required
