Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. As an Entry Level Maintenance Technician, you will :

Shift : 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm or 10 : 00pm - 6 : 30am

Pay : Starting at $18.00 per hour

  • Performs general grounds keeping work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads; assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting; and provides routine support duties to higher level staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.
  • Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas.
  • Power washes exterior areas as assigned in a variety of areas that include patios and sidewalks; performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum two (1) year of experience in grounds keeping, exterior cleaning and / or maintenance experience.
  • Basic knowledge of grounds keeping and maintenance operations.
  • Great customer service skills are a must.
  • Be able to perform duties in all weather conditions.
