POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for preparing rail weigh tickets, all shipping and routing information, and shipping schedule. Responsible for alerting customers of delays in rail shipments, ordering rail cars and notifying railroad of bad order rail cars, Entering Scheduling agreements and orders in SAP, generate truck loading dispatches for bag plants, posting invoices for customer shipments and sending and receive E-mail as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS :

Orders

• Verify that product specification exists for all accepted orders.
• Post & update changes to customer orders and shipment dates.
• Generate and distribute product order forms.

Reporting

Liaison with Plants / terminals regarding sizing, tonnage, additions, and deletions of product shipments to maintain current inventory information.

Be involved in total quality process and continuous improvement of customer confidence by knowing the customer's demands for sizing, quality and quantity in relationship to inventory.
